Statement of Mutual Understanding
Below are two sets of statements that guide the education that your child will receive at Life ChristianAcademy. The first is our Doctrinal Statement which describes our faith, and what will be taught to all students in all classrooms and which we expect our students, teachers, and families to abide to without reservation. The second is Life Christian Academy’s Mission and Vision statement. Your signature at the bottom of these statements indicates your understanding that your child’s education at Life Christian Academy will be reared by all these educational and theological principles. At least one parent/guardian must agree and accept Life Christian Academy’s Doctrine Statement.
Life Christian Academy Doctrinal Statement
As an extension of the Pentecostal Church of Atascocita the following statements form the foundation of beliefs upon which Life Christian Academy has been founded.
A. The Bible in all its entirety. We submit to its authority and recognize that all the books in the Bible were inspired by Jesus and carries the full weight of His word and authority.
B. Jesus Christ as the one and only God, creator of the universe. That he was manifested in the flesh and has revealed himself as the Farther, His Son, in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit.

C. In the virgin birth of Jesus through Mary, the sinless life and perfect obedience of Jesus, His ministry teaching, and miracles.
The death of Jesus, resurrection, ascension and His second coming. The resurrection of all people saved and lost. That they are saved to live in His kingdom eternally or resurrected to eternally live in damnation.
D. Salvation is obtained through Jesus Christ and through full immersion, baptism in the name of Jesus for the remission of our sins.

F. Abstaining from many worldly behaviors such as but not limited to drinking, smoking, fornicating, etc. Emulating Jesus and honoring Him to the fullest extent in personal and social behaviors such as but not limited to, dress, modesty and our bodies.

That God created two distinct genders, male and female. He created them to reflect his image. Rejecting one’s biological God given gender undermines the will of God and His image.

Standard of Conduct
As an extension of the Pentecostal Church of Atascocita, Life Christian Academy was established with the principle that all students will receive a challenging education reared by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our school believes in The Bible in all its entirety. We recognize Biblical authority, and we hold all our students and staff to uphold all Biblical teachings and demonstrating a physical and moral commitment to the word of God. Thus, all students and staff are required to participate in weekly Chapel services.
Attending Life Christian Academy is a privilege, and we expect all our students to be models of good citizenship and outstanding conduct. Students are to demonstrate God’s love at all times by behaving tactfully, responsibly, kindly, honest and courteous.
Life Christian Academy students are to respect their fellow students, refraining from speaking and discussing worldly music and secular inappropriate movie while on campus grounds. All students are to refrain from, cheating, gambling, profanity, indecent language, racist comments, or behaviors, stealing, possession and use of pornography, drugs, alcohol and participating in violent, unlawful, or destructive acts. All students will be required to practice modesty, courtesy, and good citizenship in person and while on social media and using the internet. Social media posts on drugs, sex and online bullying will not be tolerated by Life Christian Academy.
Our school functions in a mutual and harmonious relationship with students and their parents/guardians. Life Christian Academy recognizes that we are responsible for teaching student’s academic subjects as well as deepen their Christian faith and their knowledge of Jesus and the Gospel. However, all academic, spiritual and character foundation is to be taught and followed in the home. Parents and guardians are required to work alongside Life Christian Academy teachers and administrators by providing a home-life conducive for educational and spiritual growth. Upholding to the same Christian values, principals and Life Christian Academy’s Doctrinal, Mission and Vision statements.
Students and families are expected to follow all the statements and regulations defined in the LifeChristian Academy Family Handbook throughout their entire enrollment including time spent out of school. Students and families who are not abiding by Life Christian Academy Family Handbook or who are not cooperating with teachers and administrators will be asked to withdraw from Life Christian Academy. Students and families will also be asked to withdraw if there are any behaviors or issues that may hurt the welfare of the faculty and student body. By applying for enrollment in Life Christian Academy and signing these documents, you agree that you the parent/guardian and your student are entering a joint agreement with the school. You agree that you have read and understood all statements, policies, and regulations.
Life Christian Academy’s students are required to maintain a B average on all their subjects. Failure to maintain a B average will result in Academic Probation. Students will have 6 weeks to raise their letter grade. Students will also be required to demonstrate academic progress in their respective grades for graduation and promotion. Enrollment and re-enrollment will be contingent upon the student’s academic success and completion of the current year.
Life Christian Academy reserves the right at any given time to suspended or expel any student who does not abide with the following:
1. Families and students who do not agree and follow all statements, requirements, and policies stated in the Life Christian Academy Family Handbook
2. Any behavior or conduct that Life Christian Academy deems hurtful to the faculty and student body as a whole.
3. Life Christian Academy requires all parents/guardians to enter a mutual and harmonious relationship with faculty and staff for the fulfillment and enrichment of every student. Accordingly, Life Christian Academy reserves the right at any given time to dismiss/expel a student if the actions of a parent/guardian brakes or makes unfeasible the mutual relationship or interferes with teachers/administrators’ educational purpose and hindering the student’s academic and spiritual wellbeing.
4. No portion of tuition paid will be returned if a student is dismissed from the school due to any of the above reasons.
