I agree that the Choir fee will be added to school fees. This fee is $250 and is non-refundable.
I agree that the band fee will be added to school fees. This fee is $425 and is non-refundable.
This fee will be pro rated (at a termly rate) for any student that commences after Term One and is non-refundable. Withdrawing from band and/or choir is non-refundable.
I have read and shown my child the Information and Expectations Form and understand that weekly attendance is expected, in the event that my child cannot attend I will email musicadmin@thac.nsw.edu.au to let them know.
