    *This is a ticketed event for buyers. We use the funds collected from the booth fees and ticket sales to promote the show.

     

    Vendor Approval: Once we recive your application our board members will review it and decide if you are a good fit for our show. You will be notified if you have or have not been approved. If approved we will send you a invoice. We requrie a 20% deposit (Non-refundable).

  • Booth Information and Requirements

    Please us this page to secure your booth and anything else you need. We will bill you separately once you have been approved as a vendor. If you are not approved you will not be charged anything.
  • Booths will have a 10 ft tall pipe and drape as their back walls. There will no side walls on ether side of you blocking the view for you or your nighbors customers view.

    If you are planning to bring a banner it must fit within the pipe and drape as show in below. 

    This is a 10 foot tall by 20 foot long. If you are only getting one booth you're will only be a 10 foot tall by 10 foot wide.

            • Terms and conditions (Vendor Rules):

              Vendors must check in with the Jingle Bell Bash Team before setting up.
              JBB’S shows are juried.
              Selling or sharing your booth space is not allowed.

              Booths found selling items other than listed on the application will be closed at the discretion Jingle Bell Bash Committee with no refund given.

              No SALE signs or MARKED DOWN tags are permitted.
              Vendors planning to offer food items for sale must submit copies of their business license and health department inspection with their application.
              Vendors must be present for the duration of the show.
              Each booth must be attended during published show hours. You are not permitted to shop the show and leave your booth unattended. 
              No early breakdown of booths. If caught you will be charged a $250 early pack up fine. 
              Vendors must furnish their own displays. Jingle Bell Bash will have tables, chairs, etc. for rent to those vendors who request them.
              Electricity is available. The cost of electricity doubles if requested on the day of set up. Vendors must furnish their own electrical cords.
              Tables must be draped to the floor on all sides. Backdrops and displays shall not exceed a height of 8 feet and must be finished front and back.
              Each vendor will stay within his allotted space(s), with provision for entrance and exit.
              All exhibits must be in place by 2 p.m. on the opening day of the VIP show. Each day, vendors will have booths uncovered and ready for business 30 minutes before opening.
              Unprofessional conduct and/or failure to comply with show rules are just cause for removal from the show.
              It is the vendor’s personal responsibility to collect and remit all sales taxes to the appropriate taxing authorities. Including Huntsville City Sales Tax 9%. Vendors who fail to pay taxes on time will be banned from future shows.
              General Information:

              There is a $10 admission charge to the general public.
              The Show Committee is committed to providing variety and balance in its events.
              Checks that accompany applications will be cashed after the Show Committee meets to select venders. The checks of applicants not selected will be returned.
              Security is on duty each night.
              Checks returned for insufficient funds are just cause for removal from the show. A $40 handling fee will be charged for checks with insufficient funds.
              Vendors who cancel more than 30 days before the show will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Vendors who cancel within 30 days of the show will forfeit the entry fee.
              Vendors may secure a daily wi-fi connection by visiting the Jingle Bell Bash Committee.
