Maestra (maestra.ai) is a web-based editing platform that allows users to automatically caption, transcribe, and voiceover their videos, as well as translate their subtitles to 125+ foreign languages automatically, using speech synthesis and machine learning technology. We're a US-based startup working remotely, and we're looking for a web content writer to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivation to work in a high-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, ahrefs, semrush or moz
Essential Job Functions:
- Craft SEO-optimized content for our website, including informative landing pages and engaging blog posts, to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure content is seamlessly integrated with site design and functionality.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) to inform content strategy and optimize web presence.
- Monitor website performance metrics, such as bounce rate, CTR, and page engagement, and refine content strategies to improve these metrics.
