Cake Inspo & Sweet Oak Bakery Policies
If the photo sent is not within our wheel house, please note we will contact you for changes, alterations, or a polite decline. For best results in accomidating an inspo cake please send multiple photos.

Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If order is less than 7 days from event 100% of the order amount is due.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup/delivery. No exceptions.
Design Changes: All design details must be finalized 7 days prior to the event. Changes after this time may not be accommodated, or may requier additonal fee to accommodate changes.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 4 days before the event may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.
Servings & Sizing: Cake sizes are based on standard serving portions. Final serving counts are the client’s responsibility.
Allergies: Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee, can depend on mileage. Setup is included only if specified in the contract.
Storage: Cakes should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature before serving (instructions provided).
Design Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, all cakes are handmade and slight variations in color and design may occur.
Non-Edible Items: Some cakes may include supports or decorative elements thatmust be removed before serving.
