LAND ARRANGEMENT & ITINERARY

Accommodation is based on sharing a Double room or Twin room (2 separate beds) with a roommate. If you wish to be in a single room, then a Single Room supplement is offered for $3,995.00 per person by electronic-check.

Please see the OLLI England Gardens Itinerary - May 2025. We will provide the final itinerary to your email by end of April 2025.

LAND ARRANGEMENT PAYMENT INFORMATION: We require payment to be made by electronic check as we must pay our local suppliers in the UK in English Pounds.

Electronic Check Payment & Deadlines
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
- Deposit Payment #1: $1,500.00 due before November 1, 2024 with the completion of this registration by electronic-check.
- Final Payment #2: $2,495.00 Due on January 17, 2025 by electronic-check.
- TOTAL ELECTRONIC CHECK PAYMENT: $3,995.00 per person, based on sharing a twin or double room.
- Optional Single Room Supplement Payment #3: $1,755.00 to upgrade to a single room due on November 1, 2024 with your deposit by electronic-check.
Paying by electronic-check, you agree to have Millennium Tours schedule 2 or 3 payments via electronic funds transfer with the bank details you provide. We will automatically schedule these payments for you, and no action is needed from your end once this registration is completed. No reservations are confirmed until total electronic check payment is received. By electing to pay by Electronic Check, you are allowing Millennium Tours to schedule these payments from the bank account you have listed on the dates listed above.

CANCELLATION PENALTY: Monies will be refunded upon receipt of cancellation in writing to Millennium Tours by emailing info@mltours.com less the following cancellation penalties:
- August 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024: $500.00 per person is non-refundable
- October 1, 2024 to January 20, 2025: $1,500.00 per person is non-refundable
- After January 21, 2025: 100% of the trip is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Travel Insurance
Cancellation insurance is available from Millennium Tours and is strongly recommended. We have been using Allianz Travel Insurance for nearly 30 years, and we recommend to work with them directly. You could purchase the trip insurance on your own by visiting the following link: OneTrip Prime. The most recommended plan is their "OneTrip Prime" plan. Please be sure to include our ACCAM # F024545, and Travel Agency name: Millennium Tours. If you have any questions or need additional information, please let us know.
