JI Lil Trojans Youth Sports Scholarship Application
The JI Lil Trojans Youth Sports Scholarship Program is designed to support families experiencing financial hardship who may otherwise be unable to participate in our youth sports programs. This scholarship offers supplemental financial assistance to help ensure every child has the opportunity to participate and thrive in the JI Lil Trojans Youth Football and Cheer Programs. Eligible families may apply for scholarship assistance for each child under the age of 18 who wishes to participate. Scholarships may cover all or a portion of registration fees and/or required sports equipment. Scholarships are awarded for one season only and are based on demonstrated financial need. Funding is limited, and scholarships are not guaranteed to all applicants. Travel expenses, additional team tournaments, and other extra team-related costs are not covered. Scholarship recipients are expected to maintain a minimum of 90% attendance at tackle practices and games throughout the season. Families are also expected to fulfill all mandatory fundraising commitments for the season.
