WHEREAS a Division of Churches Outreach Network. We collaborate with and assist the Clergy and Community. We bring resources to the community concerning Health, Food, Community awareness, Rental assistance, Senior Citizen Programs, Veteran Assistance, Educational assistance, and other services.

WHEREAS ENC Clergy Resources Center Hub is an umbrella of Churches Outreach Network, a local non-profit and faith-based organization. NC Clergy Resources Center Hub agrees to work together in accordance with this MOU

WHEREAS, the parties executing this MOU accept responsibility for actions taken and resources utilized because of the work in carrying out the MOU

WHEREAS ENC Clergy RCH partners understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when needed

WHEREAS this agreement between the parties remains in force for the duration of the ENC Clergy RCH Activities or until each party agrees to alternate or terminate the agreement

WHEREAS all food, Toys, and products received from ENC Clergy cannot be sold or exchanged

An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged monthly for administrative costs associated with this network of services. Email, Text, Signage Display

All participating partners must sign up for Charity Tracking Data Software Services, which will be charged an additional monthly fee.

WHEREAS all participating partners and Clergy will offer the Resources and services they would like to provide to the community. The agreement is below.

WHEREAS all participating partners and Clergy will set monthly times and dates for the community to receive Resource services they offer Must be at least two a day and 2 times a month, and Must be up to 35 clients each month for 3 Years.

WHEREAS all participating partners will receive equipment and training, we need 2 people from the church to be the point person and one to be the Chaplain If your church does follow the MOU all Equipment must be returned to ENC Clergy RCH. The church must have internet service,

WHEREAS all participating partners must attend all trainings and monthly meetings

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party has caused this Memorandum of Understanding to be executed by its duly authorized representative on the date set forth above.
