By registering for a FREE TRIAL at Dance on Pointe, I understand that although my child/myself is learning in a safe environment, my child/I is undertaking class under their own/my own risk of injury. I give permission for my child/myself to have their/my photo taken and used on social media sites. I understand that to ensure child safety, parents are not permitted to be in the room with their child during the class. I understand that Dance On Pointe has a kiss and drop carpark. If required parents can watch from our monitor for a child's trial lesson only, after this time they are required to use the kiss and drop.
