• Georgia Tech ASCE Sponsorship and Spring 2026 Career Fair

  • Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Georgia Tech ASCE Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)! With your support, our organization is able to host corporate lunches and dinners, organize our annual Career Fair, participate in numerous ASCE competitions such as Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge, Timber Strong and several others, as well as social and philanthropy events that engage our students with your organization.

    Last year, GT ASCE hosted the spring Career Fair on January 30, 2025. This year, the Spring Career Fair will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the Exhibition Hall on Georgia Tech's campus. Links to the lunch/dinner and team sponsorship options are provided on this form.

  • Company Lunch/Dinners

  • All lunch meetings and events are offered on a first come, first serve basis. If you have chosen the Gold, White, or Lunch/dinner meeting sponsorship tier, you can sign up for a lunch/dinner meeting.

    Lunch meetings are held in the Mason Building room 1133 on Georgia Tech’s campus Tuesdays from 11:00am-12pm, and dinner meetings are held in person Thursday evenings (Time and room are TBD) in the Mason Civil Engineering building. Please see the live spreadsheet below for available dates.

  • Company Career Fair Information

  • Selecting Gold, White, or Career Fair Only options will provide you with participation in our annual spring career fair event. Please fill out the questionnaires so we can best accommodate you and share information with student attendees as part of a career fair company guide.

    Once filled out, our Treasurer will reach out to you separately at a later date regarding the invoice.

    There will also be a casual evening social for students and company representatives after the career fair ends. More information is provided later in this form.

  • Shipping Address: ASCE Student Chapter at Georgia Tech 790 Atlantic Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332

    Your firm must cover all shipping costs for these items. ASCE will hold and transport your package(s) to the appropriate location on the day of the career fair.
