A member of the Nanometrics Data Center as well as your Sales Representative will review your request and reach out for any potential clarifications.
If you have requested on-call services, your Nanometrics Sales Representative will provide you with a final quotation for the service level chosen (if it is not alreay included in your existing service agreement).
If you require changes after this form has been submitted, or throughout the duration of the on-call service, please email datacenter@nanometrics.ca.
Athena configurations are performed by the Data Center team 7-days a week during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
