Community Day Vendor Application
Vendor Requirements:
The event is on Saturday, September 28th from 12pm-6pm. Rain date is Sunday, September 29th. Vendors must stay the entire time. All vendor spaces are 12ft x 10 ft. If you need a bigger space, you have to pay for two spaces. We do not supply electricity, tents, tables or chairs. All Vendors must check in between 10 am and 11:30am. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area after 11:30am. All tents must be weighted down. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to move the event indoors if necessary. Vendor fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel or not show up.
Food and Alcohol Vendors
All food vendors must have a Safe Serve certificate and provide a copy with their application. Food vendors must register with the Delaware County Health Department on their website. All food vendors will be placed in the food court area. All vendors are not permitted to bring alcohol to consume or sell, unless the proper State licensing is provided. We do not encourage non-food vendors to give out food or beverages.
PAYMENTS
payments can be made by credit card on our website: www.folcroftborough.com under the drop down of payments and Parks and Recreation. Payments by check to: Folcroft Borough can also be mailed or dropped off to 799 Ashland Ave Folcroft Pa 19032.
