We’re looking for affinity groups and other climbing organizations to partner with us at the 2024 Flash Foxy Trad Fest in North Conway, NH!
Community Partners will lead informal meetups during the festival to help participants meet new climbing partners. In exchange, they’ll receive complimentary table space at our Friday Climber Coffee or Saturday Morning Market to share their mission and connect with festivalgoers. PLUS you get discount festival passes for your whole community!
The festival will take place September 27-29, 2024
COMMUNITY PARTNERS RECEIVE:
- TWO FREE Festival Passes for representatives hosting a meetup!
- Discount festival passes for your community members! Foxy partners will get a special code to extend Early Bird ticket perks for their community memebers for an extra month. That means y'all can get tickets for only $150 (vs. $165) AND you'll get early access to clinic registration.

COMMUNITY PARTNER EXPECTATIONS:
All Community Partners must host ONE Meetup. This can be a Friday Climber Coffee Meetup OR a Saturday Climbing Meetup. You may lead meetups on both days if desired.
- Friday Climber Coffee Meetups: Table at Climber Coffee then gather with your meetup group and carpool to the crag! Meetups should run until at least 2pm.
- Saturday Climbing Meetups: Table at our Morning Market then gather with your meetup group and carpool to the crag! Meetups should run until at least 3pm.

More Details about Climbing Meetups: Climbing Meetups are a way to help participants break the ice, build community, and learn about your organization! You can be as creative or simple as you want, but we recommend having a theme for your meetup to entice folks to join. (Examples: Crag and Doodle - folks brought drawing supplies to the crag and doodled in between climbing; Belay Techniques for different bodies; BIPOC Affinity Bouldering) Climbing meetups are an "unofficial" part of the festival and there will be no guides or festival staff present. Flash Foxy is helping to facilitate new climbing partnerships but these are not instructional or formally supervised sessions. It is up to hosts to decide where they would like to host their meetup, however, we're happy to offer suggestions!
