LABUYO100 is an exclusive club of Chili Enthusiasts that have eaten 100 pieces of labuyo with food. The Labuyo100 club promotes the consumption of chilies in general and labuyo in particular as a beneficial food. The initiates as well as club members will partake of 100 labuyo with food. The goal is to finish 100 labuyo and food in 15 minutes and not drink any liquid 15 minutes all the labuyo has been consumed.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Labuyo100 Challenge is open to all Male and Female with age 18 years old and above.

2. All participants should complete the online registration and sign the waiver prior to the event.

3. All participants should be in the venue at exactly 3:00pm, June 22, 2025.

RELEASE, WAIVER, AND QUIT CLAIM

I, do hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, absolutely, irrevocably, wholly and fully Philippine Chili Federation, PHILIPPINE HOT SAUCE CLUB, Labuyo 100, Horti Filipina and SM Seaside City, as well as its organizers, owner(s), officers/representatives, and members from all actions, claims, demands and rights whatsoever pertinent to my WILFUL, VOLUNTARY, DELIBERATE, INTENTIONAL, and CONSCIOUS consumption of chili(s), chili products and chili by-products that may cause injury(s) to my person including but not limited to hallucination, stomach cramps, stomach ache, stomach ulcer, loose bowel movement, burns, hypertension, ruptured aneurysm, heart attack, and death. That should I need immediate medical assistance due to my WILFUL, VOLUNTARY, DELIBERATE, INTENTIONAL, and CONSCIOUS consumption of chilies, chili products and chili by-products, I shall bring myself to the nearest medical center, clinic, or hospital without demanding any assi

stance from Philippine Chili Federation, PHILIPPINE HOT SAUCE CLUB, Labuyo 100, Horti Filipina and SM Seaside City, as well as its organizers, owner(s), officers/representatives, and members.

I have no claims, rights of whatsoever nature against Philippine Chili Federation, PHILIPPINE HOT SAUCE CLUB, Labuyo 100, AHorti Filipina and SM Seaside City, as well as its organizers, owner(s), officers/representatives, members and hereby freely and voluntarily release them from all claims arising out of or in connection with my WILFUL, VOLUNTARY, DELIBERATE, INTENTIONAL, and CONSCIOUS consumption of chilies, chili products and chili by-products. I, my heirs, representatives, successors and assigns shall therefore desist from filing any and all cases against Philippine Chili Federation, PHILIPPINE HOT SAUCE CLUB, Labuyo 100, Horti Filipina and SM Seaside City, as well as its organizers, owner(s), officers/representatives, members and shall not testify against them before any courts of law and/or other extra-judicial bodies.

I undertake that I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally, and that I have asked for clarification when needed.

I further declare that I am free/negative from COVID-19, and its variants, and is not suffering from any illness that might otherwise disqualify me from participating in the events hosted by Philippine Chili Federation, PHILIPPINE HOT SAUCE CLUB, Labuyo 100, Horti Filipina and SM Seaside City.
