Please ensure that, prior to completing this form, you have completed the T.I.P.S. Performer registration form and have received a registration approval email from a Fairbanks Arts staff member.
Please use this form to select up to three (3) dates/times you would like to perform. We would like to have as many performances as possible this summer, so please feel encouraged to fill out this form multiple times over the summer to schedule as many performance times as you reasonably expect to fulfill. If you need to cancel any scheduled performances, please email laura@fairbanksarts.org ASAP.
Once this form has been submitted, you are signed up to perform. On or before the day of your first performance, you must report to the Fairbanks Arts office (1st floor of the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts building), where you will be issued a badge that identifies you as a participant in the program.
You may pick up your badge any time during our office hours: Monday through Friday, 12-6 p.m. Please keep this badge and wear it whenever you perform in the Park. It is required that you wear this badge at all times while performing in the Park.
In scheduling performances, you signify that you understand and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined in the T.I.P.S. Performer Registration.
