Thank you for your interest in registering your child for 5-Day Club! 5-Day Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship. Please complete this form to register your child (K-5th Grade) for the 5-Day Club program and allow 24 hours for processing. This will allow us to review your registration and provide it to your child's 5-Day Club Team. 5-Day Clubs are Biblically-based clubs taught by teenagers and CEF staff members and volunteers who have been trained to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a fun and interactive way. They operate much like a vacation Bible school, with various teaching components, songs and games!
