    You authorize Dream Funder LLC to begin originating your loan request.
    A document list will be provided for you, along with a secure portal for uploading.

     

    Once the document list has been completed, a term sheet will be generated.
    It will then be sent for your review and signature.

     

    After the term sheet is agreed upon, you authorize Dream Funder LLC to process your Loan Request through closing.

     

    If required, certain fees like an appraisal fee may not be refundable in the event your loan does not close with us.
