    Welcome to the ‘Final Intake’ Form. In this last form we cover Insurance information, Exhibitor/Guest badges, and load in/out. For custom build outs, If we have not yet introduced you to our third party vendors to assist with your build out, please email us at info@officialsdibs.com. Thank you.
  • Certificate of Insurance

    We require all exhibitors to have proof of insurance. Below are our guidelines along with an example. Please upload within this form when available. Thank you.
  • All exhibitors must provide proof of insurance coverage before participating in the event. The following insurance requirements must be met:

    a. General Liability Insurance: Exhibitors must have a minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance, covering bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury.

    b. Product Liability Insurance: If the exhibitor will be selling or demonstrating products, they must provide proof of product liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1 million.

    c. Workers' Compensation Insurance: If the exhibitor has employees, they must have workers' compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of their state.

    d. Certificate of Insurance: The exhibitor must provide a certificate of insurance, which must include the event as an additional insured, indicating that the insurance coverage meets the requirements stated above.

    e. Insurance Expiration Date: The exhibitor's insurance coverage must remain in effect throughout the entire duration of the event.

    f. Insurance Carrier: The insurance carrier must have a rating of "A-" or better by A.M. Best.

    g. Exhibitors who fail to provide proof of insurance coverage by the deadline stated in the exhibitor agreement will not be allowed to participate in the event. The event organizers reserve the right to terminate the exhibitor agreement if proof of insurance is not received.

    h. Licensee shall use the business names and addresses provided below and deliver said certificate within this form by uploading below.

  • Credentials & Branding

    Each exhibitor will receive 5 exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 booth. Broker/Dealers will receive 4 Exhibitor Badges for their first vessel in the show and 2 Badges for each additional vessel. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased.
  • Guest Tickets

    Each 10 x 10 on-land booth and on-water vessel will be allotted 10 guest GA Tickets. Additionally for Opening Day you will have an allotted RSVP invitation for Thursday 6/11.

    Please select an option below for your Move in and Move Out time to the show. This is not for vessel on-water load-in. On-Water load-in was given directly via email to all brokers and dealers.
