If you do a services consistently, root touch ups for example, you can state “root touch ups every 6 weeks for the last x amount of time”

SALON POLICIES: Please sign below, verifying you have read and agree to all salon policies. Cancellation/reschedule Policy: We know life happens, but please try to allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your estimated service fee must be paid to rebook. No-shows Policy: If you are a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost to the card on file. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable non-transferable deposit for rebooking. A second no show will result in a complete ban from MBC. Late Appointments: We understand life happens. But, depending on the situation and service, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be required to reschedule and pay the no-show/cancellation fee. Additional Guests: I love to provide an intimate, relaxing, transformative experience! Please come solo to your appointment. Additional guests, including children, must be approved ahead of time. Safe Space Policy: There is a 0 tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, and other similar oppressions. The right is held to terminate a service at any time and deny further booking access to guests who cannot abide by this policy.
