    What will our goals be for the next month? These should be goals that can be achieved in the next month, even if they are a part of a larger goal. These should also be able to be measured and reported on by the team member. Keep it to three or less. We want achievement!
  • ACTION

    Goals without actions are dreams. What will you and the team member do over the next 30 days to make sure that their goals are accomplished. These should be clear and specific. "Training" will not suffice. "Teach Drew how to upsell with a ticket over $30 by end of month" is specific!

    Let's put this all together, including choosing when the next One-on-One should be scheduled.
