CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION
All contractors and subcontractors must register with the City before receiving building permits. To register, contractors must submit a Contractor Registration Form, $50 Contractor Registration Fee (if applicable), and copies of required materials:

1. Valid driver's license
2. Professional license (for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical contractors)
3. Certificate of Liability Insurance with the City of Bee Cave named as a certificate holder. The address listed should be: 4000 Galleria Pkwy, Bee Cave, TX 78738
4. W9 Form

The registration fee is $50 (plumber and electrician registration is free per state law). You will be notified to make payment once the registration is processed.

MGO is the preferred method of payment. Cash and check payments (no credit cards) are accepted in person at Bee Cave City Hall. Please notify Planning staff in advance if you will be paying in person.
