Please upload a spreadsheet containing every employee who needs a signature, and all of their information that you want displayed in the signature.
Be sure to include their name, location (if you have more than one), department (if you have more than one), employee photo (if you choose to use them), and so forth.
If using employee photos, you can include them in the spreadsheet, ur upload them here as a seperate zip file. If this creates too large of a file, please send them to us seperately by email or file sharing service, but be sure the photos are named with the employee name.
All employee photos must be 150px x 150px, jpg or png.
If you need us to resize or edit your photos to meet this criteria, we can; please note that you will be charged for the time it takes to do so.
