  • When purchasing tree seedlings, seed, ditch sealant, or tire tanks from MPCD, ALL buyers agree to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE Grass and Wildflower Seed THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS. So many factors play into the successful germination and survival of grass and wildflower seeds. Wind, water, sun, and shade; elevation, slope, and aspect; soil type, preparation, and compaction; grazing pressure, foot traffic, erosion, and herbicide use; seed or seedling type and quality; as well as planting depth and timing all play roles in the success of your planting. b. Successful grass seeding is more an art than a chance encounter. Seeding success often requires a healthy dose of persistence, patience, and perseverance.     On the price list below, look at the Unincorp Grand County column for Grand Sales (light brown column - 4.2% tax) and the Unincorp Summit County column for Summit Sales (purple column - 6.375% tax)

    --Pick up at County Commons in Frisco = purple column (2nd column)

    --Ag producers, Non-Profit, or Government Entity = blue column (last column)

  • MPCD sells Grass and Wildflower seed year-round.  This order form is for seed NOT purchased through the Tree and Perennial Sale that is only offered in the spring and fall.  If you are looking to purchase seed in combination with tree seedlings or perennials, please visit https://www.middleparkcd.com/tree-seedling-sales/. 

    Please keep in mind that, while seed may be purchased at any time throughout the year, there are very specific seeding windows in which you should sow the seed into the ground. Seeding outside the seeding windows will decrease your success rate.
