Winston-Salem Delta Fine Arts, Inc. also known as the Delta Arts Center, is celebrating our community, and hosting a Community Day.  The event will include crafts, vendors, non-profit organizations, local entertainment, a kid's zone, food trucks, dancing, and much more! Based on the past year’s attendance we expect over 300 attendees. This event is free to the public as a thank you to our community.

 

This is a great opportunity for organizations and businesses to network and engage in their community while celebrating Community!

 FEES:
- Vendor/ Artist (selling products)- $50 

- Food Trucks- $75

- Non-profits or community services sharing information- No cost $0                      

 

SPACE:                                                                                                 

- Granted in the order we receive registration  
- Food Trucks: space on access road that will be blocked off for your trucks

- Booth spaces includes a maximum space of 10x10ft.

 

2024  Vendor Rules & Regulations

Application Deadline:
Our application deadline is 8/7/2024. Vendor selection is by a first come/first serve basis.

Waiting List:
Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be placed on a waiting list. Available spaces will be filled from this list.

Fees:
For all vendors, the fee for a 10x10ft space is $50. Applications for any informational booths are free of cost. Chairs and table(s) will NOT be provided. Food Trucks, fee is $75.

 Space Assignments, Set-up and Take-down:
Spaces will be assigned by the planning committee. Vendor space are in the parking lot of the Delta Arts Center. Non-profits and community services spaces will be located inside the Delta Arts Center (unless otherwises noted). Food trucks will have a dedicated space along a blocked-off access road, designed specifically for food trucks. 

 All participants can begin set-up at 9 am. Spaces must be manned at all times (10am to 5pm) until take down at 4:30pm. Before leaving, please be sure your area is clean and trash-free.

 Cancellation of Space:
Fee will be non-refundable. If applicant is not chosen, fee will be returned.

I hereby acknowledge my compliance with the rules and regulations of the organization, including the cleanliness and maintenance of my surroundings as well as the premises and our conduct towards others. I have read and understand the rules and guidelines on the following page of this application.

 

I understand that I shall be liable for my own liability insurance and the organization shall not be responsible for any damage, injuries, cost, or death to our person or property that may be incurred during our use of the organization's facilities.
