There will be vendor set-up fee of $25.00 per vendor for Friday, June 28th and a $25.00 per vendor fee for Saturday, June 29th. You can also get both events for $40.00.

Friday would be on Main Street in front of the Shaffer Hotel for our dance with Daniel Solis. You can set up from 6 p.m. until midnight.

Saturday would be at Chavez Memorial Park. You can set up from 7:30 a.m. (event begins at 11 a.m.) until 5 p.m. There will be NO electrical outlets available as we have many jumpers, sound system and other items needing to be plugged in. Please bring a generator.

For an additional $20, you can also set up at the Mountainair Football Field for the firework show. Limited availability. No access to electricity! MUST bring a generator. This is completely seperate from the vendor fees up above and limited space! Please text 505-967-2322 if you are interested in setting up for fireworks. You will be set up between the two fields behind the people. Setup will start at 5:30 p.m. and end after the firework show. Payment will be required prior to the event with no refunds. This means if you have a high likelihood of selling out at Chavez Memorial Park, then I wouldn't sign up for this. Please know you should be sure you will have merchandise/food ready to sell for the Firework Show!

You are responsible for all supplies for your vendor area including table, chairs, canopy, etc. The vendor fee only covers the space. You are renting a 10 foot by 10 foot space. If you require additional space, then include in the notes below. Additional fees may apply.

Please do not set up in locations that are clearly marked off with caution tape. These are areas that the Town of Mountainair will use for the events. Also, please verify where you can set up when maps are sent. If you set up in a spot that is not for vendors, you WILL be asked to move.

Vendor fees will be collected at each event after you setup. Please bring cash or money order. Money orders need to be made out to Mountainair Jubilee. No personal checks allowed, unless you pay ahead of time at Town Hall and check clears prior to the event.

Please describe what you sell in detail. If you sell food, you MUST have the proper food permits from the State of New Mexico. *
