  • FUNDRAISER OVERVIEW

    Congratulations! Your organization has been approved for a Whataburger In Unit % of Sales Fundraiser. Please submit the required information to secure your event.

    At Whataburger, we don’t just serve our customers; we serve the communities we live in by supporting local organizations. Whataburger will donate 15% of sales in one evening over a three-hour period to your organization. Enjoy delicious food and family-friendly activities, all for a good cause.

    Reminder - Whataburger will not schedule a school fundraiser event during peak times (Last 2 weeks of December or month of May),Whataburger Unit Fundraisers must be booked 40 days in advance, and community partners must submit all information requested on this form within 72 hours to book the requested date. 

    Please keep in mind that Whataburger does extensive planning and scheduling at the restaurant level as we prepare to serve you at these events and relies heavily on your organization to promote the details through your network to ensure success. Please speak with the Field Marketing Representative if there are any questions or concerns.

  • PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS:

    • Partner will promote the event by communicating to its members, and provide proof of communicaiton to the respective Whataburger Field Marketer
    • Representative is required to be onsite during the first hour of scheduled fundraiser, and should engage with parents and particpants
    • Organization is only allowed one fundraiser in a school calendar year

     

    HOW TO MAKE YOUR EVENT SUCCESSFUL 

    Check All Calendars

    Speak with your organization or school regarding the date of the fundraiser.  Ensure that there are no conflicting events or activities on the same night.  You want to make sure everyone is available to come out and support your cause.

    Promote YOUR Event

    As your partner we are committed to helping make YOUR event a successful one by providing promotional materials to help build excitement around the fundraiser.  However, the most successful fundraisers are those in which the organization or school promotes the event via newsletters, emails, social media posts, reader board messages and school announcements.

     

     

    PAYMENT PROCESS

    Organizations will receive payment 4-6 weeks post event to allow for sales reporting and check processing.
