Purpose of this survey:
As part of our work to improve the life and experience of LGBT individuals in Greater Manchester, we are working directly with GMP and blue light emergency services. One of our focus points this year will be hate crimes and hate incidents, and as such, we would like to get some data from you all.
As a short reminder, and in the interest of clarity, here is a short definition of hate crime and hate incident taken from https://www.gmp.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/hco/hate-crime/what-is-hate-crime/

A hate incident
is any incident which the victim, or anyone else, thinks is based on someone’s prejudice towards them because of their race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or because they are transgender.
Not all hate incidents will amount to criminal offences, but it is equally important that these are reported and recorded by the police.
