To register for the conference you must fill out the registration form below and pay the registration fee according to the payment method, which will be shown during the procedure. The registration fee can be paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Reduced fee is applied to students, young researcher and young post-docs.

The conference fees include access to scientific sessions, ice-breaker, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and the conference dinner.

Conference fees are VAT included (22%).

SISC members are eligible for a discounted fee:
- regular standard early fee: 450€
- reduced standard early registration fee: 200€

The fees for SISC members are VAT exempt.

If you are not a SISC member in year 2024 and you would like to Join SISC the conference registration fee includes the membership fee.
If you have an accepted abstract for the conference you can join as New SISC Member.

Eligibilty for discounted/reduced fee
REDUCED FEE. To check if you are eligible for the reduced fee, upload a PDF file of ONE of the following documents in the space below:
a) your ID card if you are under 30
b) a certificate issued by the University which mention that you a student
c) a scan of your student ID card which indicates the accademic year
d) a screenshot of your University's web page where you are distinctively identifiable as a student (e.g. a personal page on the University’s website).
e) a proof that you awarded the PhD after December 31st , 2020
EMERITUS. To check if you are eligible for the emeritus fee, upload a PDF of a document proving that you are retired.

Application for New SISC Membership

About the receipt of payment (READ CAREFULLY)
Registration for SISC members is exempt from VAT according to D.P.R. 26/10/1972, n. 633, art. 1 and 4. A receipt of payment (ricevuta fiscale) will be issued after the payment.

The receipt of payment will be issued AFTER the payment to the abovemention details. In case you need a different header, please include it below (please include the full address).
If you need an invoice (fattura), please advise us before to make the payment.
