RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Megan-Rai Ferguson and Castle Guard Kennels, Dog Pool Dock on the Bay, Twisted Sisters Inc its directors, officers, employees, guides, agents, representatives volunteer Independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, succession and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ("Releases). ASSUMPTION OF RISKSI am aware that dock diving and swimming involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: Slipping, falling, climbing and disembarking the dock. Exposure to wet or slippery materials, exposure to other dogs, on or off leash,  including potential infectious agents, heat or other climatic condition, pool maintenance and/or chemicals, and swimming and all incidental thereto, inducing and not limited to injury or drowning of animal or person. Over exertion or injury to animal or person failure to know or act within one's own ability, water or other damage to personal property, and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, I UNDERSTAND THAT NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE.  I am also aware that the risks, danger and hazards referred to above it throughout the pool and premises, and that hazards may be unmarked FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM, I am, by my initials, agreeing that I have read and understood this
