    WELCOME TO SEASON NINE!

    These teams represent hours and hours of evaluations, meetings and very careful thought and consideration.  We wanted the teams to consist of athletes that are proficient at their level and that will be extremely competitive throughout the season.  These teams were also designed to give your athlete an active role on their team.

     

    I know it sounds cliché, but “trust the process”.  If your athlete does not make the team they were hoping to, please be supportive.  They will look to you for your reaction, and please let them know that they are going to have a great year and that you are proud of them.  These teams are NOT final.  There is potential for movement up or down prior to choreography.  If you did not make the team you wanted, keep pushing.  This is a marathon and not a sprint.  Our goal is to not only make strong teams, but to give your athletes the building blocks that they need for seasons to come.

     

    Elite / Prep teams will begin practicing the week of June 10th. 

     

    Choreography will be July 29 - August 2, 2024.  Days and times will be out shortly.  

     

    *Parent / athlete team meetings will be the first 20-30 minutes of each practice on June 10th and 11th.  

     

    We had a LOT of special requests for practice times.  We tried to accomodate schedules, but there are athletes on teams with forms indicating that they are unavailable.  If you have a conflict, please message your coaches.  There were just too many requests to accomodate everyone.

     

    SPLASH – TINY PREP LEVEL 1

    Mondays: 4:30-5:30 p.m.

    Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30 p.m.

     

    BOMB POPS – YOUTH ELITE LEVEL 1

    Mondays: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

     USASF

    All athletes must be members of USASF.  (usasf.net - membership link is in the top right-hand corner.)  Athletes should be registered no later than 8/1/24.  You will need a copy of your athlete's birth certificate for age verification.

     

    UNIFORMS / HAIR ACCESSORIES

    Elite / Prep Uniform: (purchased through Booster)  You do have the ability to fundraise for your uniform for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 season.  Uniform is approximately $495, and is used for two seasons.  A 50% deposit is due to Booster by 6/15/24.  Final payment is due 9/1/24.  Uniforms will not be distributed until balance is paid in full.

    Novice Uniform:  You do have the ability to fundraise for your uniform for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 season. Uniform is approximately $249, and is used for two seasons. A 50% deposit is due to Booster by 9/15/24.

     Elite / Prep Practice Wear: Practice wear will be the same as the 2023-2024 season.  A practice top is required for elite and prep athletes.  (Sports bra is $45, tank top is $55, and shorts are optional and can be purchased for $40)  Novice is not required to purchase practice wear.

    I will send out an order form tomorrow (5/31/24) for practice wear and program t-shirts.

    Hair Accessories: (purchased through the gym) $50 Elite and $25 Prep / Novice.  Due 8/1/24 for elite / prep and 10/1/24 for novice.

    Make-up: (purchased on your own) A make-up tutorial will be posted with recommendations.  

    Shoes: (purchased on your own) Elite: Rebel Revolution Ice (rebelathletic.com).    The gym will do ONE group order from Rebel Athletic for shoes June 10-13th.  Shoes must be paid in full at the time of ordering.  **Prep and novice may purchase all white cheer shoes in any brand.



     

    BOOSTER CLUB

    Covers uniform, choreography, music, competition registrations, and other related expenses. Fees are estimated until season specifics are finalized.

    You may fundraise up to 75% of your Booster dues.  The totals below are tentative based on estimated costs.  Payment plans are available.  Any amounts not fundraised will move into your out of pocket expense.

    Elite: Mini, Youth, Junior, and Senior Teams $1500 (Fundraise up to approximately $1125 and $375 out of pocket), plus an estimated $495 for the cost of the uniform (fundraise 100% of the uniform)

    Novice: $500 (Fundraise up to approximately $375, $125 out of pocket), plus an estimated $199 for the cost of the uniform (fundraise 100% of the uniform.)

    Reminder: Uniforms will not be distributed until paid in full.

    Crossovers: Crossovers will have additional competition fees.  Crossovers are allowed to fundraise 100% of crossover fees.

    COMPETITION SCHEDULE

    COMPETITIONS ARE MANDATORY!

    Although we have a tentative competition schedule, there could be slight changes based on the event producer or conflicts within our own schedule.  The competition schedule will be final by the end of the summer. Stay-to-play events are marked with *

    Stay-to-play events must have hotels booked through Team Travel Source (Varsity).  The gym will block rooms for your convenience, or you may choose your own rooms from the Team Travel Source website.  This is a requirement to book hotels through Team Travel Source for stay-to-play events.  Hotel blocks will be posted on the 2024-2025 Parent / Athlete Page.
