Thank you for your interest in getting tattooed by Booker T. Youngblutt at Standard Ink Tattoo Co in Chattanooga, TN. To get the ball rolling:

1. Please fill out this form as thoroughly as possible

2. Booker will follow up with you via email to clarify the details

3. You’ll then be able to contact the staff at Standard Ink (423-490-9819, standardinktattooco@gmail.com), put down your deposit (Venmo or credit card) and book your session! Please note that appointments are only booked a maximum of 60 days in advance.

The shop rate as Standard Ink is $180/hr

I understand that when I schedule a tattoo, I will need to put down a $75 deposit to secure my appointment time. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go toward the cost of my final appointment. In the event that I no-show or cancel my appointment, I understand that I will forfeit my deposit. If I need to reschedule my appointment, my deposit will be transferred to the new date unless I give the shop less than 48 hours notice. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited and I will need to leave a new one to get back into the calendar.
