Thank you for filling out our application! Please understand we are trying to find the absolute BEST home for each of our animals. Every animal is different and we know them better than anyone. Please answer each question open and honestly.
ADOPTION/FOSTER REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 or older to adopt/foster one of our lovable dogs or cats!

We are looking for responsible pet owners. You need to have your pets up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and of course happy and healthy.

We will be giving your regular vet a call to confirm all these things have been done.

We really prefer homes who have fenced in yards, but we also go by the specific dogs needs.

If for any reason the adoption doesn't work out or the animal needs to be rehomed, you are required to contact Angel Fund OKC and return the animal to us, regardless of how much time has gone by.

Submitting this application does not guarantee your approval to adopt/foster with our rescue. Once approved, you will be required to also sign a adoption/foster contract.
