While Crosspointe Groups are diverse, they all share a common mission: to connect participants to purpose, to God, and to other believers through fellowship and discipleship in a smaller group setting. In doing this, we follow Jesus’ example of encouraging spiritual growth, caring for each other, and commissioning and empowering those in His small group of disciples. Groups exist to provide intimate and more one-on-one opportunities for intentional moments of connection & purposeful encounters with God. We are so excited you are interested in joining us in this mission!

What's required of a Group Leader?
- Leaders should be saved and a visible Christ-follower, devoted to personal, spiritual growth.
- Leaders are required to attend Crosspointe regularly and consider Crosspointe their “home church.”
- Leaders are required to watch Crosspointe’s Leadership Video and sign Crosspointe’s Leadership Agreement. (Please set side around 30 minutes for this step)
- Leaders should agree to Crosspointe’s Mission, Vision, and Values and agree not to teach or promote any ideas during meetings that contradict Crosspointe’s beliefs.
- Leaders should regularly attend any Leadership Meetings and/or regularly meet with the Groups Coordinator.
- Leaders should be able to promote, create, host, and lead a Group with limited oversight from the Groups Coordinator by following the guidelines to be provided.
