  • At The Color Bar, I have expectations that I hold myself, my salon, and my clients to so that way all moving parts can flow as smooth as possible.

    If anyone ever has a miscommunication or an issue needing resolved, please feel like you can approach me and l will gladly work with you to solve it. I firmly believe that anything can be said in a nice way, and so much can be resolved by being understanding.

  • New Clients:

    New clients are required to fill out a digital consultation form to see if our schedule, services, and hair goals allign. You'll either be added to my wait list or referred to another stylist who can better accommodate your hair needs. 

    When making your first appointment, new clients are required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit that will go towards their first visit cost. If client cancels within 24 hours or no-shows, client forfeits the $50 deposit and can not rebook. Appointment time is not reserved for new client until deposit is paid.

  • Rescheduling/ Cancellations: 

    Rescheduling/ canceling within 24 business hours of scheduled appointment will result in a fee of $30/ hour that had been reserved.

    If I have nothing available within 8 weeks you'll be added to a stand-by list to fill in as openings come up. 

  • No-Show:

    Failing to cancel/reschedule & missing your appointment or being more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show resulting in a fee of $30/ hour that had been reserved. 

    New clients who no-show are not allowed to rebook & loose their $50 deposit. 

  • Color Corrections:

    A color correction is classified as a color service that has undetermined steps, timing, and product usage it will take to get to the end goal. Usually taking multiple steps prepping and during to achieve. Color corrections take advanced skill to create, and block off more time to accommodate a more complicated service. Booked at an hourly rate of $70/hour.

  • Service Modifications: 

    After leaving if you notice any technical errors I missed after completing your cut/color, contact me within 48 hours for me to get you back in promptly to fix you up! 

  • Product Compatibility:

    I use Schwarzkopf Blonde Me lightener & Redken for color. If you have known allergies to either brand, or if you experience any itching, redness, or pain after use I will unfortunately have to refuse further services due to allergic reaction. 

  • Kids:

    No kids allowed in salon when they are not being serviced.
