- Please ensure approval is granted by your practice principal. Your Principal will be notified of this request.
- In submitting this licence request, you acknowledge any extra costs you might incur.
- No changes are permitted in the first two business days of each month while billing is being finalised.
- All XPLAN charges are based on licenses at the beginning of each month and are charged in the interim pay run. Licenses cannot be charged pro-rata for those cancelled or commencing mid-way through a month.
