You can assist the Association's Committee to maintain the Estate's high standards of safety, functionality and presentation, for all residents, by using this form to propose new, or replacement works, facilities, and/or equipment that you consider may improve the Estate and provide benefits to the owners and residents. The completed form is automatically forwarded to each member of the Committee for review, consideration and potential inclusion in the Capital Works budget for the following financial year.
