Please note that extensions are an investment (hair alone can range $800+). Installation and custom coloring on extensions will be an additional cost. If your form is approved and you’d like to proceed, a $50 in-person consultation will be required for color matching, discussing lengths, quantity of hair, and providing a price quote. This fee will go towards the service total.

  • Hair Extension Aftercare and Maintenance Agreement

  • I, *, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the aftercare and maintenance of my hair extensions:

    1. Proper Aftercare:
       - I understand that proper aftercare is essential to maintain the quality, longevity, and appearance of my hair extensions.
       - I will follow the provided aftercare instructions, including washing, drying, brushing, and styling techniques, as demonstrated and explained to me by my hair extension professional.

    2. Regular Maintenance:
       - I acknowledge that regular maintenance appointments are necessary to ensure the health and integrity of my natural hair and extensions.
       - I will schedule and attend maintenance appointments at the recommended intervals as advised by my hair extension professional.

    3. Non-Refundable Purchase:
       - I understand and agree that the purchase of hair extensions and related services is non-refundable once the installation has been completed.
       - Any concerns or issues with the extensions or services provided should be addressed within 5 days of the installation.

    Please note that by signing this agreement, I confirm that I have understood the importance of proper aftercare and maintenance for my hair extensions and accept responsibility for their care. I also acknowledge that this purchase is non-refundable once the installation is completed.
