              Resident Member

              Dues: $230/monthly. Resident Members are entitled to the use of all the golf, swimming, and dining/social facilities of the Club. A food and beverage minimum ($50) is required for this type of membership. Resident Members do not pay green fees when using the golf facilities.

              Dues: $165/monthly. Resident Social Members are entitled to the use of all the swimming and dining/social facilities of the Club. A food and beverage minimum ($50) is required for this type of membership. Social Members are required to pay green fees when using the golf facilities.

              Junior Member

              Dues: $160/monthly. Junior Members are entitled to the use all of the golf, swimming, and dining/social facilities of the Club. Both the primary member and spouse must be under the age of 30 when applying for membership. An upgrade of the membership is required upon the 30th birthday of the primary member. A food and beverage minimum ($50) is required for this type of membership. Junior Members do not pay green fees when using the golf facilities.

              Intermediate Member

              Dues: $175/monthly. Intermediate Members are members that reside primarily within a 25 – 100-mile radius from the Club and are entitled to the use all of the golf, swimming, and dining/social facilities of the Club. A food and beverage minimum ($50) is required for this type of membership. Intermediate Members do not pay green fees when using the golf facilities.

              Out-of-Town Member

              Dues: $65/monthly. Out-of-Town Members are members that reside primarily outside of a 100-mile radius from the Club and are entitled to the use all of the golf, swimming, and dining/social facilities of the Club. A food and beverage minimum is not required for this type of membership. Out-of-Town Members do not pay green fees when using the golf facilities.

            • Payment Terms

              Monthly statements are generated on the 1st day of the month for the previous month's activity with payment due on the 15th day of the following month (for example, statements issued April 1 for March activity are due April 15th). All members will be enrolled in automatic payment with a credit card on file. Any amount not paid by the 15th day of the month is considered “past due”. If an account is not paid in full by the last day of the month the credit card on file is charged the past due amount. If a valid credit card is not on file, a 5% interest charge is charged on all balances over 30 days.

              If accepted as a member of Belle Meade Country Club, I agree to conform to all rules and regulations and to pay all fees and assessments as set by the Board of Directors and the corporation by-laws, including the $1,500 Initiation Fee that is required to begin membership. I further agree to pay my dues/fees in accordance with the options approved by the Board of Directors and to pay all charges made by me, my family, and guests promptly when due. I understand that if my account is not current within 60 days from the billing date, my Club privileges will be automatically suspended. Past due bills will accrue a late fee each month in an amount equal to a minimum late fee established by the Club from time to time and/or interest at a rate of 5% from the date of the statement until paid in full. I, the undersigned, further agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in connection with the collection of my delinquent account.
