Marken Ads Network Advertising Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Date] by and between Marken

Media ("Provider") and {businessName} ("Advertiser").

1. Introduction

1.1. The Advertiser agrees to purchase advertising space on the Provider's network of lobby televisions for the purpose of displaying advertisements.

1.2. The Provider agrees to display the Advertiser's content according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Term

2.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall continue for a period of 1 Month, 3 Months or 6 Months depending on package selected.

2.2. The Agreement may be renewed for additional one-year terms upon mutual written agreement of both parties.

3. Provider's Obligations

3.1. The Provider agrees to:

Display the Advertiser's content according to the schedule and frequency specified in the selected package.
Ensure the quality and integrity of the displayed content.
Provide the Advertiser with reports on ad performance, if applicable.

4. Advertiser's Obligations

4.1. The Advertiser agrees to:
Provide the Provider with the content to be displayed, meeting all technical and quality specifications.
Make timely payments according to the terms specified in this Agreement.
Ensure that the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations and

does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Advertising Packages

5.1. The Advertiser selects the following package:

• Premium Package (All locations) - 6 Month Agreement
• Growth Package (Core Locations) - 3 Month Agreement
• Starter Package (Select Locations) - Month to Month

6. Fees and Payment

6.1. The Advertiser agrees to pay the Provider the monthly fee specified in the selected package via Credit Card on recurring automatic payments.

6.2. Payments are due on the day of launch of ad and will reoccur every 30 days. Late payments may incur a late fee.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

7.2. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Advertiser breaches any terms of this Agreement or if the content is found to be inappropriate or non-compliant with the terms.

8. Content Approval

8.1. The Provider reserves the right to review and approve all content before it is displayed. The Provider may reject any content that is deemed inappropriate or non- compliant with the terms of this Agreement or content doesn’t meet the visual standards of the network.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Both parties agree to keep all information related to this Agreement confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State].

11. Entire Agreement

11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12. Amendments

12.1. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
