I hereby release and agree to hold OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my child(ren), and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners. I understand that this release discharges OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners from any liability or claim with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, that may arise from, or in connection to OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners. This liability waiver and release extends to OurSpace World, Inc. and its event partners together with all employees, partners, volunteers, interns and contractors.
