I acknowledge that I am responsible for my guest’s attire, conduct, and behavior, which must align with all WCCA guidelines. If my guest fails to follow WCCA rules and procedures, I accept full responsibility and understand that disciplinary action may be taken against me.

My guest is also aware that they must adhere to all rules applicable to WCCA students attending the dance. I understand that I am accountable for their behavior, and any misconduct may result in consequences for me.
