Artist Agreement and Instructions :
Teens to adults may submit up to three pieces of artwork that were created in the past ten years.
Due to limited space in the Great Room, not every submission will be accepted. The Seven Hills Fellowship Committee will let you know how many pieces will be accepted before the event.
Artwork must be listed for sale. The artist must give and is not limited to 30% commission to Seven Hills Fellowship for the intended cause for which the event is held. Artists are invited to give more than 30% of their sales to the intended cause of the event.
Artists may be responsible for their own sales during the event. Please keep track of sales an bring 30% commission to the Seven Hills Fellowship Comittee by 9/30/24. The artist may bring cash or check payable to Stephen and McKenna Evans.
Buyers are encouraged to take their artwork home upon sale.
Unsold artwork must be taken home by the artist at the end of the event. Work not picked up within 30 days of the close of the show may be sold with all proceeds going to Seven Hills Fellowship. Special arrangements must be made with Seven Hills Fellowship to schedule a pickup after the 30-day period.
The Seven Hills Fellowship Events Committee reserves the right to refuse works that are deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Artwork must be family friendly.
Artwork must be original artwork, unpublished works to which the artist possesses common-law copyright.
Unless the artist requests otherwise (in writing), images may be used for the purpose of publicity in print or on the Internet by Seven Hills Fellowship.
Artwork must be framed and wired; ready for hanging and width not larger than 40” (including frame). Any artwork over 40” will be considered as two entries instead of one. Do NOT use saw tooth hangers. A gallery wrapped canvas needs to have wire, does not need to be framed, and we prefer sides to be painted.
The artist must provide a base or stand for very large 3-D artwork.
Quilts and other fabric wall hangings must have a sleeve or other place for curtain rods or similar hardware, or otherwise be ready to hang.
Security will be provided, however Seven Hills Fellowship will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
