Mandatory Dress Rehearsal Schedule
Date: Friday, September 27, 2024
Location: Noble Foundation Studio, 10 Columbus Circle (5th Floor), New York, NY 10019
Transportation: Coach Bus 

Schedule:
10:30 AM - Students arrive at Highbridge Voices
11:15 AM - Bus PROMPTLY leaves for the venue (anyone who misses the bus must get themselves to the venue)
12:30 PM - Students arrival at Noble Foundation Studio
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch
1:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Rehearsal
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Break (Snacks and water available)
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Rehearsal
7:15 PM - Students departure on bus
8:30 PM - Students arrive back at Highbridge Voices and will be dismissed. 

Mandatory Performance Day with Sound Check
Date: Sunday, September 29, 2024
Location: Dizzy’s Club, 10 Columbus Circle, New York, NY 10019
Transportation: Coach Bus

Schedule:
11:00 AM - Students arrive at Highbridge Voices 
12:15 PM - Bus PROMPTLY leaves for the venue (anyone who misses the bus must get themselves to the venue)
1:30 PM - Students arrive at Dizzy’s Club
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Sound Check 
4:00 PM - Doors Open
5:00 PM - 6:15 PM - First Show
6:20 PM - 7:15 PM - Dinner Break (together in Noble Foundation Studio)
6:30 PM - Doors Open
7:30 PM - 9:15 PM - Second Show
9:30 PM - Students departure on the bus
10:15 PM - Students arrive back at Highbridge Voices and will be dismissed.

I, the parent/guardian of the student named above, grant permission for the student to attend the JALC dress rehearsal on 09/27 and the actual performance day on 09/29.

Students performing at the JALC Concert  are REQUIRED to attend the dress rehearsal above. Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing them to and picking them up on time.

It is MANDATORY that all students attend BOTH the dress rehearsal and performance. Please make sure that you make arrangements for your child to attend. 

I agree that in the event of an emergency injury or illness, the staff member(s) in charge of the trip may act on my behalf and at my expense in obtaining medical treatment for my child. I understand that my child is expected to behave responsibly and to follow the program’s discipline code and policies. I agree and understand that I am responsible for my child’s actions. I release Highbridge Voices from all claims and liability that arise in connection with the trip. I understand that my child shall be accompanied by a staff member(s) during the trip, including while traveling from the departure site to the destination site and from the destination site to the return site. I understand that students who violate the program’s discipline code may be excluded in the future by Highbridge Voices from participating in a trip.
