Authorship sequence and justification with consensus of team. Mention all names as in synopsis also and for removing anyone give justification based on fulfilling ICMJE criteria. (For Interns: Designation and affiliation is Research Intern, BMY Health (and not their other employing/ educational organizations alone). For mentors designation is Senior Researcher, BMY Health. Avoid too many institutions affiliations as journals consider it a red flag. Keep adding more rows to add all authors. Author sequence has to be finalized with consensus of all interns and supervisor.
