The Team Member of Xtreme Cheer All-Stars (hereinafter "Team Member") and the Parent/Guardian of said Team Member (hereinafter "Guardian") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. TEAM HANDBOOK: The Team Member and the Guardian of said Team Member agree that they have read and understand the Rules of the Team Handbook and that they agree to follow and abide by the rules in the Team Handbook.
2. TUITION: The Tuition for the Team Member of the Xtreme Cheer All-Stars is set forth below as described under "tuition breakdown". Tuition payments are due on or before the 1st of each month through our online registration located at www.xtremecheerct.net. Any skipped or suspended payments will incur a $35 fee.
Tuition does not include any additional costs such as uniform, Xtreme gear, music, competition fees, and travel a explained in the Team Handbook. No refunds of any fees already paid, uniforms or XCA gear.
Tinys: $130 Monthly
Prep Teams: $135 Monthly
3. UNEXCUSED ABSENCES FROM PRACTICES: If a member accumulates (3) Unexcused Absences from Team Practices, (absences during the summer months of June, July, or August will not be considered unexcused absences ) as defined in the team handbook, said team Member may be dismissed from the Xtreme CHeer All-Stars at the sole discretion of Mike Talbot and Dana Talbot.
In the event a Team Member is dismissed from the Xtreme Cheer All-Stars or quits, said Team Member and Guardian of said Team Member agree they will pay the remainder of the season balance, with no refund of any fees that might have already been paid. This includes no refund of monies raised in fundraising. The monies raised were under the Xtreme Cheer name and will go to our scholarship fund.
The Undersigned individuals have read and understand this Team Member / Guardian Agreement and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
