    Grant applications are accepted from January 1 through 11:59 pm on February 28 each year. Please be prepared when completing your application. Once the application is submitted, no changes or additions will be permitted.

    Names submitted below validate the truthfulness and accuracy of the application. TWO SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED and must include the Chairperson of the Board and another person of authority, ideally the Executive Director if he/she doesn't serve as the Chairperson. The below signees acknowledge that One Hundred Shares Nashville reserves the right to ask for additional information or clarification on any grant application submitted.
