Completing the Marketing and Outreach Plan is a requirement of your Maryland Offshore Wind Education & Workforce Training Program Agreement.

Failure to submit a properly completed Marketing and Outreach Plan may result in your organization becoming "non-compliant" with the Grant Agreement and may result in a significant delay in your financial reimbursements.
