Completing the Quarterly Progress Report is a requirement of your Maryland Offshore Wind Education & Workforce Training Program Agreement.

Failure to submit a properly completed Quarterly Progress Report throughout the grant period may result in your organization becoming "non-compliant" with the Grant Agreement and may result in a significant delay in your financial reimbursements.
