2. Enrollment & Payment Policy
a. Payment Commitment
I understand that enrollment is secured upon payment. This program is a structured learning experience delivered over a defined period and is not dependent on individual attendance at any specific meeting or moment.
b. Non-Refundable Enrollment (Participant-Initiated)
I acknowledge that payments made are non-refundable if I am unable to attend or complete the program due to personal scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
c. Substitution Option
If I am unable to participate after payment, I may designate a substitute to take my place, provided:
The substitution is communicated in writing prior to the program start date, and
The substitute commits to participating for the entire duration of the program.
Partial substitutions or shared attendance are not permitted.
d. Provider-Initiated Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled by the provider for any reason, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
e. Program Changes
The provider reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program schedule, format, or delivery method if necessary, while maintaining the integrity and value of the program.
f. Responsibility & Participation
Participants are responsible for managing their availability and engagement throughout the program. Missed components do not constitute grounds for refunds or credits.
