Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our upscale women's clothing boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Average 8-10 hours per week, depending on needs and season
- Greet and assist customers with a personalized and attentive shopping experience
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and stay updated on current fashion trends
- Assist customers in selecting and styling outfits, providing expert advice and recommendations
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Ensure the boutique is beautifully presented, organized, and stocked
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the boutique
- Be able to independantly perform all opening and closing duties
- Assist social media and store manager with developing social media content
- Assist in managing back room inventory (tag, steam, organize... etc)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
- Friendly, self motivated, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- At least 16 years of age
***Previous retail experience in a fashion setting is a plus!
