Position
Part-Time Retail Stylist
Average 8-15 hours per week (hours may vary seasonally)
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
- Style outfits and provide thoughtful wardrobe recommendations.
- Build genuine relationships with clients that encourage repeat visits.
- Stay knowledgeable about new arrivals, designers, and current fashion trends.
- Help maintain the beautiful presentation of the boutique through merchandising, organization, and restocking.
- Accurately process purchases using our point-of-sale system.
- Open and close the boutique independently when scheduled.
- Assist with social media content creation and visual merchandising.
- Help process new inventory, including tagging, steaming, organizing, and maintaining the stock room.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while helping achieve store sales goals.

- Passionate about fashion and personal style.
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a great team player.
- Interested in creating engaging social media content.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays and holiday weekends.
- At least 16 years old.
**Previous boutique or fashion retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
